Porsche 911 RSR Oil Pressure Relief Valve (PRV)

The latest period Rennsport parts product from EB Motorsport is this perfect reproduction of the Porsche 911 RSR Oil Pressure Relief Valve (PRV). Recreated from a genuine original part, it faithfully replicates the external finish of the period part, while the all-new internals match the genuine article in protecting an RSR’s oil system.

Cold engine oil is thick, which leads to very high oil pressure. As RSR oil coolers may only withstand a pressure of 100-115 psi, excess pressure places stress on the oil system that can lead to costly failure. A PRV is used to relieve excess oil pressure, protecting oil system integrity and engine lubrication.

EB Motorsport’s new product guarantees the reliability and authenticity of RSR oil systems. Manufactured to exacting specifications in the UK, everything about this EB part is authentic, right down to the original German casting imperfections.
